Ideality can send lead and client events to Zapier, where Mobile Message can alert an account owner, create a contact or place a suitable person on a list. This is useful for agencies that manage many local listings and want a clear action attached to each new record.

Ideality provides Fetch Leads, Fetch Clients, Fetch Leads Status, Fetch Payment Gateways and Fetch States triggers. Its actions include Add Lead, Add Client, Change Lead Status and Add Client Note. A Fetch Leads event can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS to notify the assigned team member. Fetch Clients can create a Mobile Message contact, while a lead event can add a contact to a list when the phone details and permission are available. The Ideality action list can also be used in workflows started by other triggers, where a Mobile Message inbound SMS may provide a useful customer response.
