Mobile Message connects to Humand through Zapier, so a text reply can turn straight into a new user account, a company post or a group post inside Humand without an HR person opening the platform to do it by hand.

The most direct pairing runs from Mobile Message into Humand. When a new employee texts back to confirm they're starting, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can fire Humand's Create User action, setting up their account in the community platform straight away. The same trigger can instead run Create Post Basic, turning a text reply into a company-wide post, or Create Group Post, dropping that same reply into a specific team's feed instead.
