Through Zapier, HRBLADE events can start Mobile Message actions.

Use New Response to send an SMS confirming receipt of a job response or explaining what happens next. Mobile Message can also Create Contact, so a candidate’s details can be placed into your messaging records when a response arrives. If your process requires a personal interview invitation, HRBLADE’s Invite to Interview action can be started by an Inbound SMS Received event from Mobile Message, although that workflow should only be used when the incoming message provides enough information to identify the candidate. Each Zap runs in one direction and is configured separately. Check candidate consent and the mapped phone fields before publishing the workflow.
