About the Heyzine integration

Marketing and publishing teams can lose valuable time when a new flipbook lead arrives but nobody follows up while the reader is still interested. Heyzine's New Lead trigger can send the lead details to Mobile Message through Zapier, so a sales person receives a prompt by SMS.

That message can identify the flipbook and contact information available in the form, giving the recipient a starting point for a timely follow-up. Heyzine's New Flipbook trigger can also notify a publishing team that a new publication has been created. In the other direction, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can run Heyzine's Add to Flipbook Access List action when a text contains the details needed to grant access. This can suit a staff-led access request or a controlled campaign process.

Heyzine also provides Add to Bookshelf Access List and Create Flipbook actions, which may be selected for separate SMS-led workflows when their required fields are available. Each Zap has one trigger and one action, so you decide exactly when an access change or notification should occur. The connection is configured in Zapier and does not imply a live two-way link.
