Can I send SMS alerts only for certain types of feature requests or comments?
Yes. In Zapier, filter by keywords in the request (e.g. "bug fix" or "urgent"), by which board the post is on, or by the commenter's role. Only posts that match your criteria will trigger the alert.
What happens if I create a post from an inbound SMS, will it clutter my feedback board?
You control the filtering. You might set up a dedicated private board for SMS feedback, or filter by sender so that only VIP customers' texts become posts. Zapier lets you shape the automation to fit your process.
