Hello Audio SMS Integration

A course creator may want to welcome a listener as soon as they subscribe to a private audio feed. If the new listener sits in Hello Audio until the next list review, the welcome can arrive late and the person may not know where to start. Manual listener edits and separate messages also take time when a launch brings many new subscribers.

With Zapier, Hello Audio's Listener Subscribes to a Feed trigger can run Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The text can welcome the listener and point them towards the first listening step. New Listener can run Create Contact or Add Contact to List, while Listener Downloads Specific Episode can send a useful reminder tied to that episode. Listener Reaches a Super Listener Score can also prompt a thank-you message for an engaged listener.

Each Zap uses one Hello Audio event and one Mobile Message action. The apps are not maintained as a native two-way sync. Map the listener's name, feed and episode information into a short plain text message. This gives digital marketers and course creators a timely way to acknowledge listening behaviour without checking the feed manually.
