Property developers and brokers using hauzd can capture an interested buyer's details inside a 3D sales experience, then need to respond before that interest cools. Hauzd's Get Leads From Hauzd trigger can pass lead information to Mobile Message through Zapier. A text can acknowledge the enquiry, offer a next step or let the prospect know that a sales consultant will be in touch.

The lead data returned by hauzd includes answers from the relevant Lead Form, so a Zap can use those values when preparing the message or creating a contact. Mobile Message can create a contact, send an SMS, add that contact to a list or send a message to an existing list. This is particularly useful when lead answers identify a project, unit preference or requested follow-up. Hauzd's Do Auth and Get Token action is for internal use, while Update Unit Properties updates a unit in a hauzd project. Those actions do not provide a sensible response path from a Mobile Message event. The connection is configured in Zapier and each automation moves information one way.
