HappyForms SMS Integration

A form response can arrive while your team is serving another customer, leaving a follow-up sitting in a WordPress dashboard. HappyForms helps collect sign-ups, surveys, polls, checkouts and other customer activity, but someone still needs to notice each new submission and act on it. Its New Activity trigger gives a Zap a starting point whenever a new activity is created.

That event can send an SMS through Mobile Message to acknowledge a submission, alert a staff member or guide a new contact to the next step. You can also create a contact, update an existing contact, add the person to a list or record an unsubscribe request when the activity includes the relevant details. The result is a practical hand-off from a HappyForms activity to a message or contact action, without asking staff to watch the form screen continually. The connection is set up in Zapier, with your chosen fields mapped between the two services.
