GrowViral SMS Integration

A new lead enters a GrowViral campaign, but the person responsible for follow-up may not be watching the campaign dashboard. GrowViral can send Zapier its New Lead event, which starts a Mobile Message SMS to a sales contact or campaign manager. The alert can include the lead information available from GrowViral, helping the team respond while the campaign interest is current.

This is a useful fit for referral campaigns, competitions and other viral marketing activities where speed matters after capture. Mobile Message can send the alert, create a contact or add an existing contact to a list. A separate Zap can use the same GrowViral event to create the person in Mobile Message, if the required contact fields are supplied. GrowViral has no listed actions, so it cannot receive a Mobile Message event through this connection. The workflow is one-directional and runs through Zapier rather than being a native integration.

Set a recipient, write the SMS in plain text and add filters for campaign or lead type where needed. That gives the team a clear notification without adding another manual handover.
