Growth Hound’s Select Metric event is designed to return a list of metrics requested by a user. It is not a customer or sales event, so the most sensible connection is an internal notification. Pair Select Metric with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to alert a manager or operator when someone requests metric information. You could also use Mobile Message’s Add Contact to List action if the person’s details are available in the Zap and they have agreed to receive relevant messages. This connection does not create a two-way metrics sync or turn Growth Hound into a contact database.
