Teams that order transcription, captions or translations often need to know when the finished work is available, not just when the request was placed. GoTranscript can notify Zapier when a subtitle, transcript, caption or translation is delivered. Mobile Message can then send a plain text update to the person responsible for the next step.

New Transcript is useful for alerting a producer when written audio or video content is ready. New Subtitle and New Caption can notify a post-production team, while New Translation can prompt a localisation owner to review the delivered work. New Order can also send an internal confirmation that a request has been placed, helping the team track responsibility from the start.

The text can include the order reference, delivery type and any link or detail available in the GoTranscript event. This avoids a manual check of the service dashboard, while keeping the finished file in GoTranscript. Each workflow is one directional from the chosen GoTranscript trigger to a Mobile Message action. It is not a file transfer or a status synchronisation between the two services.
