GoProposal SMS Integration

A proposal is won in GoProposal while the accountant is moving on to the next client. The new customer may still be waiting for confirmation, an introduction or instructions about what happens next. A Zap can use Proposal Won to send an SMS through Mobile Message at the point the decision is recorded.

Proposal Created and Draft Proposal Created are also available as GoProposal triggers. They can support a message to an internal contact or a carefully timed customer notification, depending on the information and consent attached to the proposal. A winning proposal is usually the clearest starting point because it marks a meaningful change from pricing discussion to service delivery.

This connection uses Zapier, with GoProposal providing the event and Mobile Message sending the plain text SMS. Map the proposal contact and phone details, add the wording that suits your process and test the message before enabling it. The result is a quicker acknowledgement after acceptance and a more consistent handover for accounting teams.
