The moment that matters most with Globalping is the instant a network test comes back, whether a server responds, a link resolves, or a page loads from the other side of the world. That result is data on its own, not something a customer or a team member sees, so it needs somewhere to go before it means anything.

Globalping runs the checks that make this data useful, a Ping a Target confirms whether something is online, an HTTP Request pulls back a page response, a DNS Resolve checks how a domain is resolving, and a Traceroute a Target maps the path a connection takes. Each one returns latency and location detail from wherever in the world the test was run.

Because Globalping only offers actions and no trigger of its own, it cannot start a Zap by itself, but it slots neatly into the middle of one. A Zap can run a Ping a Target or HTTP Request check partway through, then hand the result to Mobile Message, so a text only goes out when there is genuinely something worth saying, such as a server no longer responding or a page failing to load.
