Genderize SMS Integration

A text that opens with the right title reads as more considered than one that just uses a first name or skips the greeting altogether, and that small detail can shape whether a customer takes the message seriously. Genderize's Get Gender From a First Name action makes that possible inside a Zap, sitting between the moment someone hands over their name and the moment Mobile Message sends the text.

Pair it with a form or booking tool through Zapier and the flow runs on its own. Someone fills in a Google Form or a Typeform with their name, Genderize predicts their gender from that name, and Mobile Message sends the confirmation or reminder addressed correctly, all before the person has closed the browser tab.

Genderize doesn't do anything with the prediction by itself, it only exists to feed the next step in the Zap. Placed just before a Send SMS action, it turns a plain name field into a small but noticeable improvement in how personalised the customer's text feels when it lands on their phone. The same pairing works just as well with a booking confirmation, a webinar reminder or any other text where knowing how to address someone changes how it reads.
