A customer submits a Formstack form while your team is handling other work. Their details can sit among other responses until somebody checks the form, exports the data and decides what happens next. With Zapier, a New Form Submission trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS as soon as the submission arrives. You can use the submitted phone number and form fields to personalise a confirmation or let the customer know when someone will respond.

The same event can create a contact in Mobile Message, giving your team a record to use in later communications. Formstack's New Form trigger is more useful for notifying a team when a new form has been created, rather than messaging every respondent. Mobile Message can send an SMS, send to a list or create a contact from the data supplied by Formstack. Each Zap runs in one direction from a Formstack event to one Mobile Message action, so this is an automated hand-off rather than a two-way form sync. You will build and manage the connection through Zapier.
