A customer submits a Formspark form, but the response can sit in a queue while your team handles other work. That delay is especially noticeable when the form asks for a callback, requests an appointment, or captures details for a time-sensitive service. A Zapier workflow can use Formspark’s New Submission trigger to start an action in Mobile Message, removing the need to check every form manually.

Send a plain-text SMS to acknowledge receipt, create the person as a Mobile Message contact, or add them to a list for a planned follow-up. The message can include a next step based on the information supplied in the form, provided the required phone number is available and the recipient has agreed to receive texts. Formspark starts the workflow and Mobile Message carries out the selected action. It does not send information back to Formspark, assess the response, or create a native two-way connection. The result is a focused SMS step attached to the form event, with the content, timing, and mapped fields set in Zapier.
