A new Formsly response has just arrived, and someone may need to act on it while the details are still fresh. Formsly can send a New Entry event through Zapier, allowing Mobile Message to text a person, a staff list or a contact created from the submitted information. This is useful for forms and surveys that need a prompt human response.

Through Zapier, Formsly's New Entry trigger can start Mobile Message actions including Send SMS, Send SMS to List and Create Contact. A completed enquiry form could alert the person responsible for follow-up, while an internal survey response could notify a selected team. If the entry contains suitable contact details, you can also create a Mobile Message contact as part of the workflow.

Choose the Formsly form that should begin the Zap and keep the message focused on the action required. Fields from the new entry can be mapped into the SMS where available, so recipients have useful context without opening the form platform. This is a one-directional Zapier connection, not a native two-way link between Formsly and Mobile Message.
