Formaloo users can send an SMS through Mobile Message as soon as that event is available, acknowledging the submission or directing the person to the next step. The workflow can also create a Mobile Message contact when a new response contains details your team needs to keep.

Formaloo provides New Form Payment, Row Update and New Response (Row) triggers. Pair New Form Payment with Send SMS for a payment acknowledgement, or use New Response (Row) to text someone after a form is submitted. Create Contact can record a person from a response, while Add Contact to List can place an existing contact into a relevant Mobile Message list.
