A creative project can move through several hands before the client sees the finished work. Flocksy helps marketing teams request design and other creative services, but project progress can still be missed when people are busy in different tools. With Zapier, Flocksy events can prompt Mobile Message updates for staff or customers.

A New Project event can send an SMS to the person managing the queue, while File Delivered or Project Finalized can signal that work is ready for review. New Comment can also alert a coordinator when a project conversation needs attention. Mobile Message can Send SMS, Create Contact, or Add Contact to List from these events. The result is a clear text notification at important hand-off points, without claiming that Flocksy and Mobile Message maintain a native two-way connection.

You can also use an Inbound SMS Received event from Mobile Message to create a comment in Flocksy. That gives a project team a visible place to record a customer response, provided the Zap includes the relevant project reference and message details.
