The result is a clear text notification at important hand-off points, without claiming that Flocksy and Mobile Message maintain a native two-way connection.

You can also use an Inbound SMS Received event from Mobile Message to create a comment in Flocksy. That gives a project team a visible place to record a customer response, provided the Zap includes the relevant project reference and message details.
