About the Filerobot integration
Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to a list, although the strongest use here is a visible notification about the upload. The Zap can include the asset name and a relevant link in plain text, giving the recipient a clear prompt to review it. This connection does not send the file through SMS. It uses the upload event to tell the right person that the file is ready, reducing the need to monitor Filerobot manually and helping teams respond while the asset is still relevant.

Yes. New Upload can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The message can contain the asset name and other text fields supplied by Filerobot, but the SMS workflow does not send the file itself.

Yes. Pair New Upload with Create Contact when the upload event contains the person's contact details. You can then keep that person available in Mobile Message for future notifications.
