This connection runs through Zapier, with each Zap built around a clear event and result. For example, a newly received feedback response can send an SMS to the respondent, and a tagged item can create a contact in Mobile Message. You can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger to import a reply into Feedier as feedback. That gives staff a practical way to collect responses by text without copying phone numbers, messages and survey details between systems.
