Does a customer's SMS reply update their Feathr profile?
It can. When Inbound SMS Received fires because a customer has texted back, that reply can trigger Feathr's Create/ Update Person action, so their record reflects the conversation without anyone re-entering it manually.
How do I connect Feathr to my text messaging?
