Evolphin Zoom SMS Integration

Creative teams using Evolphin Zoom can spend too much time checking whether the right metadata has been applied to an asset before telling someone it is ready. That manual chase can delay approvals, handovers and campaign work. With Zapier, New Metadata Applied can start a Mobile Message SMS for the person who needs to act next.

For example, a production coordinator can receive a text when an asset receives a status or campaign label, or a client-facing team can be told that a particular item is ready for review. The message can include mapped asset information from the trigger, such as its name or repository location, when those fields are available. Mobile Message's Send SMS action handles the notification, while Delivery Status Updated can be used in a separate Zap to monitor whether the text was delivered.

Evolphin Zoom's Upload Asset action also provides a useful route in the other direction. An inbound SMS received by Mobile Message can trigger Upload Asset when the required asset details are available in the Zap, creating a repository record for a later workflow. This remains a set of one-directional Zaps, not a native asset synchronisation.
