A contact reaches a key point in an Emarsys automation, and the next message needs to arrive while the campaign context is still relevant. Emarsys can send an Automation Center Node event when a contact reaches its Zapier node. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to that contact or a selected list.

This gives marketing teams another channel for reminders, confirmations and time-sensitive campaign messages. A Mobile Message SMS can be used alongside an Emarsys programme, while Emarsys remains the place where contacts and marketing automation are managed. You can also use Mobile Message’s Delivery Status Updated trigger to send a suitable event back to Emarsys through Trigger an External Event, provided the event and campaign design are configured for that purpose.

The setup is a collection of one-way Zaps through Zapier rather than a native connection. It does not automatically keep contact records aligned or create a general two-way sync. Each Zap watches the chosen event, passes the mapped contact details and performs the selected action, so your team can control when SMS or external campaign events are produced.
