Will my video viewers get SMS if they haven't opted in to Mobile Message?

Your SMS will go to phone numbers you have on file in Mobile Message. Those contacts should have previously agreed to receive SMS from you. Always make sure your Mobile Message contact list is built from people who consented to text messages.

How do I notify people via SMS when a video is ready in Elai?
