Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with eKyte!

Marketing teams using eKyte manage projects, tickets, tasks and notifications across a busy campaign calendar. A new notification or closed task can be easy to miss when the team is moving between workspaces. Through Zapier, eKyte can start Mobile Message to send a direct SMS when Project, Notifications, Tasks or Tickets Closed events occur.

Send a text when a task is closed, alert a colleague when a notification is created or acknowledge a concluded ticket. Project Created can also create a Mobile Message contact or add a recipient to a list. In the other direction, an inbound SMS can trigger eKyte Create Ticket, giving a customer reply a visible record for the marketing team to manage.

These are one-directional Zaps, not a native two-way integration. Choose the event and action that fit your process, map the available details and write the message in Zapier. Delivery Status Updated can also trigger Create Ticket when a delivery result needs a place in eKyte, while Mobile Message handles the SMS work.
