An invoice can be fully paid while a customer is waiting for confirmation that their order or service can proceed. An offer may also be approved while the team is away from the invoicing system. Efactuurdirect records these financial events, and Mobile Message can send a prompt text to the customer or an internal list.

With Zapier, Invoice Fully Paid can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action for a payment acknowledgement. Offer Approved can send an SMS to the sales team or customer, depending on the fields and recipient you configure. The Efactuurdirect action Create Contact can also be called when an event from another supported app starts a workflow, while Mobile Message can create a contact from the relevant data.
