EasyCSV SMS Integration

Teams that import spreadsheets often need to turn rows into messages, contacts, or other actions. EasyCSV can bring each imported record into a Zap, but the raw spreadsheet data may need to be handled carefully before Mobile Message uses it. A well-planned workflow can turn each suitable row into a clear SMS or contact record.

New Spreadsheet Row Import triggers for every row or record imported. That event can run Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact, or Add Contact to List, depending on whether the row represents a notification recipient or a contact for later use. New CSV File Generated via Import can also start a message to an internal team member when a file is ready. The connection runs through Zapier, where you map the spreadsheet columns into Mobile Message fields and apply filters. It is not a spreadsheet synchronisation or a replacement for checking consent and data quality.

EasyCSV is most useful when your team already has structured data and wants a repeatable SMS step after import. Test with a small file before activating a larger workflow.
