- Disqualify Record — This API request is used to notify Drips that a phone number has been disqualified outside of the Drips platform. It is important we get this information, as it will stop us from outbound engagement with the record at the time of disqualification.
- Record Close — This API call will tell Drips to stop working the record that you specify.
- Record Convert — This API request is used to notify Drips that a record has been converted on your end, including the ability to tell Drips what you earned for end to end metrics.
- Record Disposition — In order to track the state of a record, Drips provide a editable field for every record called Disposition. By using this API, you can update the current disposition of a record.
- Record Insert — Insert a single Record into our system. A single Country Code / Phone combination can only exist in a single project once.

Yes. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can fire Drips' Record Convert action, so a reply confirming a sale updates that person's record to converted without anyone touching Drips directly.
Can I disqualify a Drips record when someone texts back to stop?
Yes. A reply asking to stop can trigger Disqualify Record through Zapier, marking that person's record in Drips as disqualified as soon as the text comes in over Mobile Message.
How do I link Mobile Message replies to my Drips records?
You connect both accounts inside a Zapier account, choose Inbound SMS Received or Delivery Status Updated as the trigger, and pair it with a Drips action such as Convert, Disqualify or Disposition, no coding required.
