doopoll SMS Integration

Poll operators and research teams need responses to become useful follow-up, not another list waiting for manual export. doopoll can start a Zap when a new response is submitted or when a respondent leaves an email address at the end of a poll. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, create a contact, or add that person to a list.

For example, a completed survey can prompt a thank-you text when a mobile number is available, while a new email address can create a contact record for later outreach. A response containing a request for help may also be routed into a message for a staff member. Through Zapier, doopoll data can be passed into Mobile Message as part of a selected workflow, so the team does not need to download poll results and re-enter phone numbers by hand. The connection suits feedback collection, event follow-up and audience building. It does not turn Mobile Message into a doopoll reporting tool, and the useful outcome depends on collecting a valid mobile number in the poll.
