Diffbot Enhance SMS Integration

A lead fills out a form with only a personal email address, and before a useful follow up can go out, someone has to work out which company that person actually represents. Chasing that detail down by hand is slow, and it usually means the first text goes out sounding generic instead of specific to the business the lead actually works for.

Diffbot Enhance sits earlier in that same workflow. It takes a name or an email and turns it into a full account record with firmographic detail, filling in the company, its size and its industry before anything else happens further along in the Zap. That enriched record is what makes the next step worth building, since a generic contact suddenly has a real business attached to it.

Mobile Message can then use whatever that enrichment step turns up. A Zap built through Zapier can add Diffbot Enhance in the middle to pull in the company detail, then send a text that references the right business by name instead of a generic greeting sent to a stranger. The enrichment does the research, and Mobile Message handles the actual message, so the two jobs stay separate but work off the same lead.
