On its own it does not talk to Mobile Message directly and it has no triggers or actions of its own to offer here. Connected through Zapier, it sits in the middle of a Zap instead, adding a job title, a company name or an industry to a record before a text goes out, so the message that Mobile Message eventually sends reads like it was written for that one person rather than pulled from a generic list.
