DataForms.io SMS Integration

A business collects a new response through DataForms.io and needs to acknowledge it before the person wonders whether the form worked. DataForms.io provides the New Form Submit trigger, while Mobile Message can send an SMS containing a confirmation, a next step or a useful link. Zapier carries the form event into the messaging workflow.

This is useful for service requests, registrations and other forms where a prompt response matters. The business can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger with DataForms.io’s Create Form action when a text-based request should create a new form in the system. Delete Form is available for a separate administrative workflow, but it should only be used when there is a clear reason to remove a form.

Start with New Form Submit and Send SMS for a customer-facing confirmation. Use Inbound SMS Received with Create Form when an incoming text should create a DataForms.io form. Map the available fields, review the message and test before enabling the Zap.
