Dataclay QUE SMS Integration

A production job changes status while your team is busy preparing the next campaign, and a missed update can leave customers or colleagues waiting. Dataclay QUE provides events such as Updated Job, New Campaign and New Job, so Zapier can pass a selected change to Mobile Message for a direct notification.

Use New Job to send an SMS when work enters a QUE campaign, or use Updated Job to notify a responsible person when the job changes. New Campaign can create a Mobile Message contact or add an existing contact to a list when a campaign participant is identified. Mobile Message’s delivery status trigger can also start QUE’s Update Job action when your process needs a job status change after a message result.

These workflows are useful for operational alerts, but they do not turn QUE and Mobile Message into a synchronised system. Select one QUE event, map the available job or campaign information, and choose the Mobile Message action. Keep the SMS concise and include the reference your team needs to recognise the work immediately.
