A localisation team may approve a translated file while colleagues and customers are waiting for the next release step. Crowdin records the work, yet a person may still need to notice the approval, identify the right recipient and send an update. That manual handover can slow communication around multilingual content.

With Zapier, Crowdin’s File Approved or Project Language Approved trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. A short text can tell a reviewer that translation is ready, notify a project contact about progress or provide the next instruction. File Translated can also create a Mobile Message contact or add one to a language-specific list when the event includes suitable contact data.

Crowdin remains the place for projects, files, translations and comments. Mobile Message handles the SMS or contact action selected in the Zap. The connection does not upload translated files, alter Crowdin approvals or synchronise project progress. It provides an outbound message when a translation event reaches a useful point, with the wording and recipients controlled by the Zap.
