Coupon and loyalty teams often lose time chasing each new claim, registration and validation. Coupontools can send those events to a Zapier workflow, so Mobile Message can text a customer as soon as a coupon is claimed or validated. A new directory registration or loyalty card user can also begin a useful welcome message.

The connection is particularly practical when a digital offer needs an immediate next step. A claim can trigger a text containing redemption guidance, while a loyalty registration can send a welcome note and add the new person to a Mobile Message list. Coupontools also has a Send Coupon by SMS action, but Mobile Message is useful when you want your SMS activity managed through its own sending tools and contact lists.

This setup is made in Zapier and uses the exact Coupontools event or action selected for each workflow. It does not create an automatic two-way sync. Keep customer consent and the wording of promotional messages in line with your communication obligations, and test the coupon data before publishing the Zap.
