A Joomla form can capture a customer’s details while your team is away from the desk. Convert Forms sends a New Submission event to Zapier, which can then ask Mobile Message to send a plain text acknowledgement or create the person as a contact. That means a completed contact form, newsletter opt-in form or registration can lead to an immediate next step.

This is especially useful when a form submission needs a prompt response. Mobile Message can send SMS using the phone number and fields supplied by Convert Forms. You can also create a contact, add that contact to a list, or update an existing contact when the form contains information your team needs to retain. The exact action depends on how you organise contacts and consent.

The workflow does not make Convert Forms and Mobile Message a native two-way integration. Zapier receives the Convert Forms event and runs the selected Mobile Message action. Your Joomla form remains the collection point, while Mobile Message handles the text or contact task.
