ContentFly SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with ContentFly!

A piece of content reaches its final review stage, but the customer or account manager may not notice while handling other work. ContentFly can mark writing as completed or delivered, yet waiting for someone to check the platform can delay approval and publication. A Zapier workflow can make that milestone visible with a Mobile Message alert, so the next response starts sooner.

Use ContentFly’s Completed Content, i.e. Not Yet Delivered (For Customers) trigger to text a customer contact or internal reviewer when content is ready for review. Content Delivered (For Customers) can send a second, distinct notification when the work has been delivered. Mobile Message’s Send SMS action carries the relevant title, status, or link fields available in the Zap.

For writing teams, New Job Available (For Writers) and New Job Claimed (For Writers) can also notify contributors through SMS. ContentFly’s Request an Article action provides a way for an incoming Mobile Message text to create an article request, when your process has the required request details. Each workflow is configured independently through Zapier, with no implied two-way synchronisation.
