Client-facing teams using Content Snare can send a timely text when an onboarding request reaches an important stage. A request published, field rejected or request completed event can start a Zapier workflow with Mobile Message, helping staff and clients notice progress without relying on portal checks or repeated follow-up emails.

A published request can trigger an SMS inviting the client to begin. If a field is rejected, the client can receive a clear reminder to review and resubmit the required information. Once every requirement is completed, an SMS can confirm that the collection step has finished. All three messages can use details from the Content Snare record, such as the client name or request context.

This connection runs through Zapier and needs accounts for both services. It does not create a native two-way connection. Content Snare events start the workflow, and Mobile Message sends the resulting text. Teams can choose the event that best matches their process, whether that is a new request, all fields completed, a completed request or a client update.
