Content teams using Content Rocket may create an input record while a campaign, approval or publishing task is already under way. A new record can be important to the person coordinating the work, but checking the platform repeatedly creates extra effort and increases the chance that a useful update is missed.

Through Zapier, Content Rocket can start a workflow when a New Input Record is created. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to a content manager, client contact or colleague with the available record information. This can announce that a new brief has arrived or remind someone to review the next content step. The message remains plain text, with the useful details selected from the record.

Content Rocket also provides Create Input Record, so an Inbound SMS Received event can create a new input where the incoming text contains the required information. This can capture a short brief or request from a customer. The workflows are configured independently through Zapier, rather than operating as a continuous two-way integration.
