A new consent event can notify a privacy lead that a person’s preference needs recording or review. New Compliance Request can alert the responsible operator that a request has arrived and needs action. Where the trigger includes a suitable phone number, the same event can send a customer-facing acknowledgement, with the message limited to the plain text information available in the Zap.

This approach gives privacy teams a practical notification path without asking them to watch Concord continuously. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to a list when that fits the process.
