A customer texts a business asking to join its loyalty program, or simply replies to a welcome message, and from that point on the business wants them carrying something more useful than a text thread, a pass they can keep in their phone's wallet and pull up at the counter without digging back through old messages. Colligso WalletIn exists for exactly that handoff.

Connecting Mobile Message to Colligso WalletIn through Zapier lets that handoff happen without anyone building the pass by hand. When a customer texts in, the Inbound SMS Received trigger can fire the Send Pass action, so a wallet pass reaches their phone without a staff member being asked to create one on the spot. The same connection works off a Delivery Status Updated event, so once a welcome text is confirmed delivered, a follow up wallet pass can be sent on its own moments later.

Either way, the pass turns up in Apple Pay or Google Pay ready to use, and the business gets a way to remarket to that customer beyond the original text, without a native integration or any two way sync between the two systems. Each pass is triggered by something that genuinely happened on the SMS side, so nobody is sending passes to people who never texted in or never had a message confirmed.
