A Zap can watch for a new conversation, a new contact, a conversation tag, or a closed conversation, then send an SMS through Mobile Message. Through Zapier, Click Connector events can also create Mobile Message contacts or add them to a list. A newly created contact can receive an immediate welcome text, while a tagged conversation can alert an assigned team member. Mobile Message inbound SMS can start a Zap that sends a message to an existing Click Connector conversation, so a customer reply can be placed where support staff already work.
