A student finishes an online test in ClassMarker and the result is ready, but sending the next message can wait until someone checks the results manually. That delay is frustrating when learners need a confirmation, a pass notification or clear instructions about what happens next. ClassMarker can start a Zap when a student finishes a test, allowing Mobile Message to send a plain-text SMS.

The Test Results trigger provides the point for a result message. You can include the learner's result details and explain the next step, provided those fields are available in the Zap. The same event can create a Mobile Message contact or add the learner to an appropriate list for later communication. ClassMarker's Create Access Code action can also be triggered by an inbound SMS when a learner's text should request access code creation.

This gives training providers and educators a more immediate way to acknowledge completed assessments. ClassMarker continues to manage tests and results, while Mobile Message sends the selected notification through Zapier.
