Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with CINNOX!
Use Zapier to connect the two services and decide which CINNOX events deserve a text response. A missed enquiry could send a prompt asking the customer to expect a call, while a new incoming enquiry could create a Mobile Message contact for follow-up. CINNOX’s Receive SMS Delivery Receipts Status trigger is also available for workflows that need to react to delivery information inside CINNOX. Each Zap runs in one direction, with a selected CINNOX event starting a selected Mobile Message action. This lets teams build focused alerts around enquiries and contacts without describing the connection as a native sync or requiring staff to re-enter every phone number.

Yes. CINNOX’s Missed Enquiry trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The message can acknowledge the missed contact and explain the next step, using the enquiry information available to the Zap.
Can a new CINNOX contact be added to Mobile Message?
Yes. Use New External Contact Created as the CINNOX trigger and Create Contact in Mobile Message as the action. Map the contact’s available details, including a phone number where one is provided.
What do I need to connect CINNOX with Mobile Message?
