Operators who run customer conversations through Facebook Messenger often need a second channel when a prospect becomes a customer or a conversation needs a clear follow-up. ChatBo can open conversations, add tags, manage subscribers and place users into sequences, while Mobile Message provides SMS for contacts who need a direct reminder or response.

Through Zapier, ChatBo events such as Conversation Opened, New Tagged User and New Subscriber can start Mobile Message actions. A new subscriber might receive an SMS invitation to continue the conversation, while a tagged user can be added to a Mobile Message list for later communication. ChatBo actions can also run when Mobile Message receives an inbound SMS, allowing a reply to trigger a Messenger flow, send a text message, or change a ChatBo tag.

This connection is useful when your team qualifies people in Messenger but wants important messages to reach a mobile number as well. It does not create a native two-way sync between the platforms.
