A new property lead arrives through Certileads, but an agent may not see it until after another call, appointment or office task. That delay can leave a buyer or seller waiting during a moment when prompt contact matters. An SMS alert can put the lead in front of the person responsible for the next response.

Certileads provides the New Lead trigger when a new lead is delivered. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to an agent, create a contact or add a contact to a list. The text can include the lead information supplied by Certileads, so the recipient can identify the opportunity and decide what to do next without first opening another dashboard.

This connection is suited to straightforward lead notifications and contact creation. It is set up in Zapier with one Certileads trigger and one Mobile Message action. The services are not natively connected, and the workflow does not synchronise lead data in both directions. You will need suitable contact and phone fields in the Certileads event for a customer-facing text or a new Mobile Message contact. No custom code is required to configure the Zap.
