Feedback teams often wait for survey responses before they can acknowledge a customer or alert the person responsible for follow-up. Centiment's New Response trigger provides the event, and Mobile Message can send a plain-text SMS as soon as that response reaches Zapier. This is useful when a high-priority response needs attention rather than sitting in a survey dashboard.

A Centiment response can start a message to a nominated team member, invite a respondent to continue the conversation, or confirm that feedback has been received. The SMS can include mapped response details where those fields are available in the Zap. You decide which responses should send a message by adding filters in Zapier, so routine feedback can remain in Centiment while urgent or selected answers receive a prompt notification. This connection does not create a two-way survey sync. It simply turns the New Response event into a Mobile Message action, giving your team a more immediate way to react to feedback.
