It works alongside a business's calling tools to cut down on numbers being flagged as suspected spam. At the moment CallerAPI doesn't publish any triggers or actions in its Zapier app, so there's nothing yet to pair with Mobile Message's SMS actions or its Inbound SMS Received and Delivery Status Updated triggers.

That means a text based automation between the two isn't available today, since the job CallerAPI does, protecting how a number is presented on a call, is separate from sending or receiving text messages through Mobile Message. Businesses wanting SMS automations right now would look at pairing Mobile Message with an app that already exposes its own triggers or actions via Zapier.
