About the CallerAPI integration

A customer who answers a call and sees a trusted, verified name instead of an unknown number is the effect CallerAPI is built to produce, checking numbers against spam and identity databases before or during a call. It works alongside a business's calling tools to cut down on numbers being flagged as suspected spam.
