A subscription or transaction changes while a sales or finance team is focused on customer work. Cacheflow can provide the event that starts a timely SMS, so customers or account owners receive a clear update instead of waiting for a manual follow-up. Proposals can also prompt a message when a commercial step changes.

Use Subscription Event to send a renewal or status notice, or Transaction Event to acknowledge a billing event where the recipient and message are appropriate. Proposal Event can notify a sales contact that a proposal has changed. Mobile Message’s Send SMS and Create Contact actions are useful destinations, while Add Contact to List can place a new relationship into a relevant follow-up group. These workflows run through Zapier, with one Cacheflow trigger leading to one Mobile Message action. They do not synchronise subscription records in both directions. Check that mapped data is current, avoid exposing sensitive billing details and confirm the recipient’s permission before activating customer messages.
